You may e-mail your completed permit application along with all required documents (i.e. state certifications, building plans, site plans, civil plans, etc.) to the Planning & Zoning Department.

- Erosion control such as sod or seed and hay must be in place before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued
All failed inspections will result in re-inspection fees which must be paid in full prior to scheduling a final inspection.
