The Inspections Department ensures public safety and welfare by enforcing building codes and zoning ordinances. Through comprehensive inspections of construction and property, it safeguards the community from unsafe conditions and promotes orderly development.

    Planning & Zoning

    You may e-mail your completed permit application along with all required documents (i.e. state certifications, building plans, site plans, civil plans, etc.) to the Planning & Zoning Department.

    Fee Schedule

    • Residential: $5 per $1,000
    • Commercial: $6 per $1,000

    Re-inspection Fees

    • $25 / $50 / $75

    All failed inspections will result in re-inspection fees which must be paid in full prior to scheduling a final inspection.
