Pell City Parks & Recreation Department (PARD) would like to invite everyone to participate in “Lights in the Park” this year. This event is a tradition that provides FREE advertising & shows support for one another within our community. All local companies, non-profit organizations, schools, churches as well as individuals may participate. Thousands drive through to view the displays so we do ask that they be of Holiday theme & in good taste. We will be offering returning participants their usual area provided the display fits. New participants will be assigned an area on a first come first serve bases, also with the display size as a factor in position. We ask that you fill out a Participant Information Form & turned in at the Pell City Municipal Complex Building on or before November 1, 2018. We will have your place number ready by November 19, 2018 & you may begin set-up on this date through November 30, 2018. We will be doing an Official Lighting on Saturday, December 1, 2018. All Displays should be removed from City property by January 7, 2019. In an attempt to make this our largest & most spectacular year ever please come join in with the fun & festivities of Christmas!

Application Entry Period: 10/1/18 through 11/1/18

Display Setup Period: 11/19/18 through 11/30/18

Official Lighting: 12/1/2018

Final Day of Lighting: 12/31/2018

Requested Removal Date: 1/7/2019
